First :Strictly control the quality of inspection link

As it is known to all . it is an important link to detect of machinery parts .Each size must be carefully testing ,and strict process control is necessary .

Hongsheng machinery has accumulate a lot of real-world experience in the quality management aspects of mechanical parts. Our products have to go through a strict control from raw material procurement to cost approach . The detail descriptions are as follow :

1.       Material procurement links :

Select a stable and excellent material suppliers. Firstly , before we purchase the raw materials, we have to examine the materials according to the drawings requirements .The principle of purchase raw materials : Material suppliers must have “material quality list “ and provide material sales qualification. Hongsheng will check the “material quality list “ very carefully to ensure those materials should have the mechanical properties .

2.  Detection of processed links :

①Self-test

In the process link we request the person who in charge in the produce in each of link, must examine all process link and test every products t

②Testing from top process to under process

Request the person who in the under program upon receipt the workpiece that need to be processed , before process need to detect the corresponding process , to make sure the products can produced to the next process , then start to produce .

③conduct random inspection

We arrange detection of floating in the workshop , the quality inspector and workshop leader will work as this job. From time to time to conduct random inspection .

④specialist inspection

After the completion of all the products ,each product must go through the special test. We will write the detection results in the drawing or the detection table as customers’ request ..

⑤bulk product testing

For the mass production products , for first three items must be examined by our quality inspector

Second :About the treatment of non-performing products

When the non-performing products appearing in the processing . First ,immediately stop production ,operators need to fill the bad product card ,at the same time notify the quality management department and workshop manager .To take urgent measure to correspond to the bad products . The quality inspectors and workshop manager need to record the content of bad products ,analyze the cause ,find out the countermeasure for the bad products !

After find out the countermeasure ：

Assemble all the relevant personnel to have a education for bad products to prevent such this non-performing case happen again . In addition, make a summary for the cause of non-performing ,analyze the reason and the countermeasure .

Find non-performing products at the terminal test links

Fill in the bad products sheet immediately , and inform the quality inspectors and workshop manager to analyze the cause and find out the countermeasure .Although the bad products have completed .we must organize all the staffs to learn the countermeasure for the bad products .To reduce the non-performing happen again .

Control of non-performing products is constantly perfecting ,improve ,the ultimate goal is non-performing products less than 1%
